Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to build a strong foundation and maintain momentum in their therapeutic journey. As you grow more confident and grounded, you might find that less frequent sessions feel more suitable. Some clients eventually choose to pause regular sessions and return when they feel the need. We will always work together to find a rhythm that feels right for you.
-
A meaningful therapeutic journey begins with a genuine connection. To help you get a sense of whether we are the right fit, we offer a free 15 minute consultation. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and get a feel for how it might be to work together. There is no pressure, just a warm and welcoming space to begin.
